Palmera Inn and Suites

I thought we had it good at our previous hotel - the one that couldn’t accommodate us for an extra couple
of days. We wish we had stayed here the entire time. Check-in without incident, 2 bones with a welcome letter for our pups. Standard and not run down room which is typical for “dog friendly” rooms for us. Great experience and great location. Tucked back from the busy street which lowers the noise.

Perfect set up

Home2 Suites by Hilton Hilton Head

Safe, secure, pet friendly. They thought of everything! Only complaint I have (and it’s really my issue) I tried to extend my stay and the prices significantly increased due to an event on the island. I was told several times by the desk staff that she would call me to work something out. Not expecting anything really but we waited… and waited… and waited. Inquiring several more times. I was finally able to speak to the manager and she told me she couldn’t work a better price out. No problem, we would still like to stay. Now they have no rooms. Otherwise we very much enjoyed the staff, the room and the location!
