Cozy House 1
The house has 05 bedrooms and four bathrooms and three rooms; two below and one at the top. Two upper bedrooms have dressers and the upper suite have a large wardrobe. All five bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house has three bedrooms on the top and two on the ground floor. One of the superior rooms (4m x 3.80m) has a suite. One toilet serves the other two upper bedrooms and one of these has panoramic views of the pool and the street. The three upper bedrooms have a small corridor leading to a large room which has a mezzanine to the lower area. There is a wooden staircase connecting the ground floor to the 1st floor. When you arrive in the room on the first floor, there is a second wooden staircase that connects this room to an outside terrace that is seven meters high and has a beautiful view of the street and vegetation by the sea. On the ground floor there are three rooms and an outside terrace. The dining room has a 2,0 x 1,0 m table with eight chairs. The living room has two sofas and lcd TV. The external ground floor terrace leads to a 7.00 x 2.80 m pool with waterfall and 90 m² deck. He has three network owners. The entire deck area and garden nearby, features cozy lighting. In the front garden there is a cashew tree and a pink mango tree. The car park comprises four passenger cars or two passenger cars and one van and 50% of it is covered by the foliage of the cashew and mango feet. On the side that is behind the kitchen, there is a living area with portable aluminum barbecue. Both the pool deck and the barbecue area have furniture suitable for parties and gatherings.
