Most customer support issues can be resolved without calling and waiting on hold. Simply email email@example.com with your reservation confirmation number and a brief description of the issue, and one of our customer support team members will respond promptly (usually within an hour if contacting us during normal business hours). For urgent assistance related to existing reservations, please call 877-411-3436.
If you’d like to add a business or other resource to our directory of pet-friendly places, you can use our Post a Spot feature to create a listing for free. Please allow 5-7 business days for new submissions to be reviewed by our team. The more information you include in the submission, the faster we can process your new listing request.
If you would like to make updates to a business listing that is already on BringFido, please submit a detailed email, containing the listing’s BringFido URL and all relevant content updates, to our editorial team as follows:
