Bates-Hendricks Townhouse Minutes from Downtown
Located in the Bates-Hendricks neighborhood just minutes from downtown and Fountain Square. You'll be close to everything from the Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, and all the great places to eat and drink near downtown.
You'll have the entire first level townhome. It's been remodeled with a gorgeous full kitchen, large island with seating, dining room, and living room. You'll have 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with custom tile in each.
You'll be able to check in by yourself with the touchpad. But I'm easy to reach if anything comes up.

The neighborhood is located just south of downtown. It's near the Indianapolis Cultural Trail and the Rapid Transit Line. There are scooters available. You could explore the city without needing a car. However, you can easily get to all parts of the city with a quick drive or Uber trip. There is free street parking in the neighborhood and there is parking space behind the house too.
