Large sliding doors open to the patio and enclosed pool area, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
Relax in the lounge with a 48" wall-mounted smart 3D TV, large sofa bed, and coffee table. A utility room is also available with a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. Netflix app is on the TV, if you want to use it, please log in to your account using QR code on the screen.

This wing includes a beautifully decorated double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. A cosy twin bedroom is also part of this wing with a separate bathroom across the hall with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Both rooms open up onto a terrace with lounge area.
The newly renovated first floor (2023) boasts three spacious double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and a single bedroom. The elegant master bedroom features fitted wardrobes and an expansive ensuite with a bath tub, separate walk-in shower, double sink, and toilet. Additionally, there are two beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each equipped with fitted wardrobes, a small desk, and ensuite bathrooms that include a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. A cozy extra room is also available, ideal as a single bedroom or flexible space to suit your needs.
**Outdoor Paradise**
The private, fully-fenced heated pool (8m x 4m) is wonderful place to catch the sun and the patio area is shaded by a large fig tree. Enjoy al fresco dining with a table for 8 and a comfortable lounge area. Sunbeds, side tables, and parasols provide the perfect setting for a lazy day by the pool. A barbecue and outdoor foot shower are also available. The recently renewed decking and repainted facade add to the villa's charm.
**Family-Friendly Amenities**
To the front, a small patio with seating for 4 offers a quiet spot to enjoy your morning croissant or a good book. The villa is surrounded by well-maintained hedges and is fenced and gated, with private parking for 2 cars and additional free parking spaces opposite.
This child-friendly home comes equipped with toys, games, a cot, and a high chair. Pets may be accepted on request. Beds are made and ready on arrival, and bath and pool towels are provided.
