This striking single-level, 2,209-square-foot residence includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and welcomes up to 8 guests. Recent upgrades include gleaming hardwood floors and a fresh designer paint palette that enhances its modern elegance.

Living Room
A symphony of form and function, the living room blends modern sophistication with artistic flair. It features refined furnishings, a gas fireplace framed in stone, Smart TV, and a luminous wall of windows framing the natural beauty of Sedona. Leather seating and curated art create an atmosphere that is both stylish and deeply personal. A plush sitting area includes a sleeper sofa, an array of classic board games (including vintage Bingo!), and the perfect corner for cocktails and conversation.
Kitchen
A true showpiece, the gourmet kitchen is outfitted with modern cabinetry, premium stone countertops, statement pendant lighting, double ovens, and a gas cooktop. An oversized island with seating for four is perfect for cooking together or enjoying morning mimosas. Outfitted with every amenity—coffee pots, spices, bakeware—plus a wet bar and nearby stylish office nook, this kitchen balances function with sophistication.
Dining Area
The dining space continues the blend of elegance and comfort, with a glass table, designer lighting, and art that adds vibrancy to the space. Seating for six, plus four at the island, makes entertaining effortless.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Every bedroom is its own retreat, designed for rest and relaxation. Plush beds, clean décor, and Smart TVs create a boutique feel.
Primary Bedroom – King-sized bed, 50” Smart TV, dramatic ensuite with dual sinks, Deco-style tiled shower, and a grand walk-in closet. Plush robes are provided for a hotel-inspired touch.
Second Bedroom – King-sized bed, 50” Smart TV, private exit to the hot tub and lounge area, and access to a chic shared full bath with tub/shower combination.
Third Bedroom – Two XL twin beds (convertible to a king upon request), 45” Smart TV, and shared bath access.
Bathrooms are a highlight, with natural stone and custom art. The striking mosaic dancer shower wall transforms a functional space into a gallery-like experience.
Outdoor Area
Outdoors, the property emphasizes connection with nature. Multiple patios and sitting areas are tucked into the landscape, surrounded by trees and desert greenery, perfect for morning coffee or stargazing. The rear patio boasts a private hot tub, lounge chairs, and a gas grill. A partially enclosed alfresco lounge features a sectional sofa, outdoor heaters, and iconic Red Rock views.
