Experience the perfect blend of oceanfront living and timeless coastal elegance at Arizona. This expansive five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home, nestled in the desirable Hatteras Colony subdivision, is a rare island gem. With sprawling decks overlooking the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and interiors that exude warmth and comfort, every moment here feels relaxed and rejuvenating. Mornings are painted with breathtaking sunrises, evenings glow with sunsets over the sound, and the entire space invites a sense of serenity. Best of all, Arizona welcomes dogs, so your four-legged companion can share in the beachside fun.
At the ground level, life revolves around the water. Step directly onto the beach for early morning strolls, or spend the day playing in the surf just steps from the door. After a sun-filled afternoon, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind beneath the carport. An electric vehicle charger adds modern convenience, while the generous driveway accommodates up to five vehicles, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together.
Inside, on the first floor, a peaceful atmosphere surrounds you. This level features three inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort. Two rooms are furnished with king beds and open onto covered decks facing the ocean, perfect for greeting the day with a gentle sea breeze. The third bedroom features two pyramid bunks (twin over full) and a smart TV, offering flexibility for extra guests or larger families. Every element here has been carefully chosen to create a restful haven after a day of sun and sand.
The second level serves as the heart of the home, a place where everyone naturally comes together. Sunlight floods the great room through large windows, highlighting the open layout and plush seating that invite friends and family to relax. A convenient half bath is located nearby. Just off the living area, an additional bedroom with a queen bed offers a comfortable retreat for guests. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals effortless, whether it's a casual breakfast or the catch of the day. The dining area, seating 12, provides the perfect setting for shared stories, laughter, and memorable meals — all accompanied by panoramic ocean views. Step onto the sun deck or partially covered porch to enjoy a picnic, morning coffee, or the unforgettable sight of the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.
On the top floor, two magnificent king bedrooms create private retreats. The primary suite boasts an Italian four-poster bed, a large tiled jacuzzi tub, a stand-up shower, and a private oceanfront deck with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean— an ideal spot to start or end the day. The second king bedroom offers serene views of the water, perfect for watching sunsets as colors ripple across the water. Together, these suites offer a luxurious and tranquil escape, giving guests their own serene corners of paradise.
Whether you're enjoying a cocktail on the deck, feeling the gentle ocean breeze, or gathering for dinner as the sky turns to gold, Arizona encourages you to slow down, breathe deeply, and savor the Outer Banks.
