Step outside to a private backyard oasis featuring a private pool, expansive outdoor kitchen with a large grill and prep space, and plenty of seating for family meals al fresco. Whether you're dining under the covered patio, relaxing on the deck with ocean views, or soaking up the sun poolside, the fenced outdoor living space is a true highlight.
Inside, you’ll find new floors, fresh paint, and furnishings throughout. The open-concept main living area boasts vaulted ceilings and combines the kitchen, dining, and living room into one spacious hub—perfect for gathering and unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample space and everything you need to whip up delicious meals.
This home comfortably sleeps the whole crew with two large owner suites for added privacy and a fun kids’ room with a full-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle. The ground-level bonus room features arcade games for hours of indoor entertainment after a day in the sun.
Beach access is directly across the street, and beach chairs, toys, and a wagon are provided—no need to pack extras! After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy a sunset cocktail from the deck as the ocean breeze rolls in.
Just a 10-minute walk to Fort Fisher State Historic Site and a short drive to shops, restaurants, and attractions, Dunetinnes is the perfect home base for your next beach vacation.

-NO SMOKING allowed at this property.
-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.
-Maximum Occupancy: 10 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.
