ESCENA GATED COMMUNITY SPECIFICS:
ESCENA GOLF CLUB
This Nicklaus Design course with stunning views stretches to almost 7,200 yards to challenge the most skilled players. Yet, with generous fairways and four sets of tees, it remains playable for all others. Add the boldly contemporary clubhouse and you have all of the ingredients of a modern classic. Rated Top Ten Public Course in California by PGATOUR.com.
BARK PARK
One of the more popular elements of Escena is the Bark Park, a dedicated gathering place for our canine friends to tend to their own methods of fitness and socialization. This dog-friendly, gated park features a hydration station, a bag dispenser and ample room to run around on four legs.
PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
While it’s not inside the community walls, our residents will tell you how nice it is to be near the airport. It’s not just about the convenience and the fact that Palm Springs is directly accessible by several major airlines from all parts of the US and Canada. Because Escena is not directly under the commercial flight path, residents remark on the spectacle of watching planes take off and land with surprisingly little noise.
ESCENA LOUNGE & GRILL
Voted the 2010 Top New Restaurant by Palm Springs Life Magazine, the Escena Lounge & Grill pairs delectable California fusion cuisine and a retro vibe with eye-popping design and incomparable views. Open year-round to the public, the Escena Lounge & Grill offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch along with happy hour and seasonal live entertainment.
