Welcome to our beautiful & cozy house located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood in Missouri City, close to Sugar land! Our peaceful home has NO back neighbors! This warm home will welcome you with its cozy furniture, stone fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, stocked laundry room, luxurious hotel quality bedding and incredible outside oasis with heated pool and spa ideal for families and loved ones to create everlasting memories.

This cozy house offers you a relaxing beautiful back yard with sparkling SALTWATER private
swimming pool and Spa all yearround. It’s surrounded with lots of trees and it’s the perfect peaceful place to enjoy with your family, with your children, your friends, your next dream
vacation, or business trip to Houston Texas
There is a lake behind the
property. A great place to go for a walk around the lake also for joggers or just to clear your mind.
Bring your fishing pole if you enjoy fishing ( license is required if you go fishing in Texas parks.)
The house have a comfortable lounge area around the pool with umbrellas for your enjoyment. "if you're lucky, you might be visited by some beautiful guests in the back yard: a bunch of green parrots”
There are coolers if you like to go to the park or *fishing.

PARKING INFORMATION
• Reserved parking space in the driveway for the guests vehicle. -If an additional parking space is needed, guest may park another vehicle in parking space located in front of the house- within feet of the property- ( additional parking is on a first come first serve bases)
• Please DO NOT park your vehicle on the street

Do not exceed the maximum guests occupancy of the Beautiful Cozy House at any time: (6) Persons.
The Beautiful Cozy House is located in a quiet residential environment. The neighborhood is a family friendly and peaceful community, and it is NOT suitable for parties/loud music in the backyard/or noisy gathering.
Quite time from: 10 pm-8:00 am
We want our guests to enjoy themselves and we love to share our Home but is restricted to 6 guests.
We love to host families!
If you would like to have gatherings or parties, then we are sorry, but this Property is not the right fit.

GRILL
*We have a family GRILL that you might use.
Guest will be responsible for cleaning-if our cleaning staff needs to clean it for the next guests.

There are no recording cameras inside “The Cozy House”.
•There are 4 visible surveillance cameras placed outdoors to monitor

Cameras device are on record mode for security purpose and must remain ON at all time.
Please note:
*Guests have the option to unplug the surveillance camera in the Backyard, However this camera must be plugged it back during nighttime for security monitoring.
