Like most houses in the neighborhood, this home has been recently updated, but still managed to keep its charm. We updated the house with 3 bedrooms that we thoughtfully designed for Airbnb guests :)
The 4 bedrooms feature comfy beds, one has a king while the other has queens and twins. One master bedroom ensuite a master bathroom and 3 rooms with a common bathroom. All bathrooms are clean and have everything you need, from body wash and shampoo to toilet paper and clean towels!
Check out our kitchen! Its features plenty of space and all the amenities you need to cook a meal for the entire group. The kitchen features lots of counter space and high-quality cookware that will make cooking fun instead of a chore. Our kitchen amenities include plenty of pots and pans, utensils, kitchen tools, coffee with coffee included, fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
There's also plenty of dining space. We have a large family table as well as a really cool dining space in the indoor patio that overlooks the backyard! The living area also features a large 4k smart TV.
Our internet reaches speeds of up to 300 Mbps, so streaming your favorite shows and movies is easy, fast, and looks great! Its also perfect for getting some work done. We feature mesh Wi-Fi with ethernet ports. So every room of the house has greater internet coverage!
Last but not least we have our amazing covered patio for an afternoon conversation with your friends and family, or a late night whiskey or barbeque.
The homes in this neighborhood are spaced far apart and nested centrally in a family oriented residential neighborhood.

We know that renting these days may make some a little uneasy, given that cleaning standards can change from place to place. So we wanted to make sure our guests and potential guests know that we operate using the highest standards of cleaning and have built CDC guidelines into our cleaning process. From disinfecting every high touch area including remotes and doorknobs to using the right cleaning supplies to ensure disinfection, we have done everything in our power to ensure cleanliness in our proprieties.

Due to logistical reasons, we do not have charcoal on site, but there's a Walmart Supercenter and H-E-B that sell charcoal supplies for cheap within 5-10 mins drive away.
Our guests can access all items provided in the house except in the garage.
From our kitchen gadgets like toasters, coffee makers to utensils, we've got everything you can think of :)

This 1700 Sqf farmhouse-styled vacation house includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite includes a king bed with an attached bathroom, 2nd=3rd bedrooms with queen beds, and 4th bedroom with twin bed. There are also 2 queen air mattress bed available, which is very comfortable, so this house can sleep a total of 10 people. Both the Living room and the master suite have Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. There is specious game area with a pool table. There is a covered patio with sitting area, BBQ grill, plenty of private parking space and a private huge outdoor yard.
- House is 100% non-smoking.
- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
We have a security system installed including alarms and security cameras facing the exterior (no interior cameras).
No Street Parking!
This is a residential area! No loud music or noises after 10 pm!
