Charming mobile home of 42.48 m² residential range brand IRM model LONG ISLAND EXCELLENCE III
Located in the 4 * Campsite Des Pierres Couchées in Saint-Brévin-Les-Pins 100m from the activities, with entertainment, children's clubs (3), fast food, food, laundry, pizzeria and bar-restaurant Ticketing at the reception room fitness, playgrounds and theater amphitheater for evening show. Bread and viennoiseries sold in the morning at the reception.
Only 4 hours from PARIS! between Saint Nazaire and Pornic.
Attention we do not provide sheets and towels so either plan to bring them or order them directly at the campsite.
The campsite has a heated swimming pool with two slides, a jacuzzi and a paddling pool for children. To access it you must bring you a fun pass (price according to the season).
The mobile home is composed of:

1 master bedroom with suite, storage, dressing table, television. Two bedside tables, two bedside lamps, a French window overlooking the terrace, shutters and blackout curtains. 140X190 bed.
Parental suite equipped with cupboards, laundry basket, mirror, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, magic broom, shovel, brush, several brooms, mop, bucket, electric towel rail.
1 children's room with 2 beds 80x190 chests and cupboards, two bedside tables, window overlooking the park and blackout curtains. Possibility to gather the two beds.
1 children's room with a trundle bed for 2 children, beds of 80x190, a bedside table between the two beds, chests and cupboard, window overlooking the park and blackout curtains. Opportunity to bring the two beds.
New:
- 1 folding baby bed 60X120 with its mattress and its mattress pad.
- 1 high chair
- 1 changing mat (all in the parental suite)
- plate, green drinker and baby cutlery stored in the closet of the common room.
- 1 pot (stored in the closet of the bathroom and a WC tower.
A bathroom with shower, cupboards, mirror, electric hair dryer.

A seating area with sofa bed for sleeping two people, luggage bins in the sofa, coffee table, storage furniture, a TV, a DVD player, a lovely white lacquered table with extension, four white faux chairs + two chairs of folding radiator, electric fan.
A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room including a stove with 4 (four) gas hobs and electric oven.
A fridge with a small freezer underneath, a microwave oven,
a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, an electric toaster, a can opener, an electric fryer, an electric citrus press, a breadboard, complete crockery allowing to
receive 12 people, Regarding the dishes this mobile home is over-equipped, you will find all the utensils, cutlery, plates, dishes, salad bowls, pots, pans, pots, wok, salad spinner, salad drains, Chinese, butter dish , butter knife, oyster knife, snail forks, shell picks, corks, corkscrew, ceramic knives, steak knives, bread knife, cups, bowls, glasses, carafes finally all the items you can own at your home and so much more.
Finally a nice terrace of 7M20 x 2M50 fully covered and covered by rail on 3 sides (removable cover). On this charming terrace you will find two storage cabinets for storing shoes or even food, a lovely garden furniture wrought iron marble table legs, 6 wrought iron chairs with chair slabs, a weber electric barbecue, lighting lamp for in the evening, trash, two sunbeds. We are 50m from the gate giving access to the path leading to the beach which is about 300m (access code) for the gate to the beach and to access the mobile home! The codes are communicated to you on your arrival. A deposit of 30% is required upon booking and the balance 45 days before your arrival.

Fun pass rate: high season from 20/05 to 08/09/2018
children: 6 € day, 12 € 50 3 days, 22 € 5 7 days.
adults: 12 € day, 25 € 3 days, 45 € 7 days.
You have the opportunity to order us the funs pass to
the reservation and in this case you will receive a discount but we will pay the funs pass in advance by sending us a check directly from us.
ATTENTION VERY IMPORTANT!
guarantee checks of 600 € 00 for the mobile home and 70 € 00 for the household to be addressed directly to the owner at the time of the reservation.(These deposit checks are mandatory). The owner must have imperatively received the deposit checks before your arrival at his home (the campsite does not take sureties) so allow sufficient time when booking for the sending and receiving checks! no rental will be made without the owner has received before the deposit checks !!! (which will be returned in the month following your return from the mobile home if no damage has been made and the mobile home is clean)
