Located in Vallarta’s charming Romantic Zone, the heart of the city's shopping, dining and entertainment district, you are close to all the city has to offer. Just two short blocks from the iconic Los Muertos Beach, you’ll find restaurants, beach clubs, bars, and activities, including wave-running and parasailing. Walk to the Pier to hire water taxis to transport you to the scenic and secluded south shore beaches.
Perched just above Olas Altas Street, you can also use the convenient funicular to take you to your vacation rental property. You can enjoy a glass of wine or a visit with whoever is cooking from the situp indoor and outdoor bar which seats 6 people. Indoor and outdoor dining options accommodate up to 6 guests. You can also decide to use your BBQ grill for preparing a special dinner.
Living Room
The living room has a contemporary sectional sofa with direct access to the patio deck and a 42” smart TV for those relaxing times at home. Your home away from home.
Principal Bedroom
The principal bedroom suite includes a king size bed, generous closet and a roomy ensuite bath.
Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom also has a king bed, and is located across from a full bathroom. This room is very peaceful for a good night's rest.
Air conditioning is available throughout the condo, with separate controls in all rooms. This unit also has a washer & dryer. Sonos is offered for your listening pleasure.

Enjoy popular tours like dolphin swims, ATV and canopy tours, horseback riding, scuba and snorkel adventures, deep sea fishing, boat cruises, food tours, the botanical gardens, the zoo and much more all easily accessible from our location.

PETS
Dogs under 12kg are welcomed in the unit, please consider a $500 USD deposit (CASH) is required upon arrival and returned upon check-out after an inspection and no damage in the unit.
Pets are not allowed in common areas.
PLEASE NOTE:
All guests registered to stay in this unit are required by the administration of the complex to wear an arm bracelet during the entire time of their stay. The arm bracelet must be returned to the PVRPV concierge and / or the front desk at the time of check out.*******************************************
For the safety, health and well-being of all our guests, we will need emergency contact information for someone not traveling with you. In the event of illness or emergency we will contact your emergency contact on your behalf. This information will not be shared with anyone and will only used in the event of an emergency.****************** Additional Notes ***********************
CHECK IN and CHECK OUTS
CHECK IN time for all properties is 3:00pm and CHECK OUT time for all properties is 11:00am. If you require early CHECK IN or late CHECK OUT please contact your PVRPV concierge.
Please note if you require a CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 8am or after 8pm you will incur an additional charge of $40.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment) which must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge.
Remember that Puerto Vallarta is located in Central Time Zone (same as Mexico City, GMT-6)
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.

Cleaning Services
Our Standard Cleaning Services included are based on a minimum rental of 7 days. In the case where your rental is less than the time period indicated or you require additional services the cost per cleaning will be $50.00 USD - tax included (or the equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your payment). This will be collected by Concierge on the day of the check in.
