Experience Over the Ozark Mountain estate that boasts spectacular Huge Lake views of the area! Not only will you be able to take in the miles of Lake Table Rock shoreline, Chateau Resort, and Branson Bell - you'll also have private access to an outdoor saltwater pool (pool fee applicable May-Sept)! This secluded, stand-alone tutor house sits on 2 acres of lush greenery and is the historic home of the Bobby Vinton Family - oh if these walls could talk! So much to do in this house you will never want to leave! 2 Kitchens too!
When you arrive at the home, you are welcomed by its beautiful wrap-around porch. Inside, you can admire the stunning lake views, which can be enjoyed day and night! The spacious open kitchen is perfect for gathering around and cooking meals with your family complete with a flat iron griddle and two separate dining areas. The inviting gold sitting room is the perfect place to connect with your loved ones, while the family room leads out onto a large deck overlooking the pool and the lake. The master suite has a large bathroom with a soaking tub, a tiled shower, and a private deck with stunning views of the pool and lake.
Take your family experience to the next level and bask in the beauty of this home's outdoor area. Take a dip in the private pool, soak in the hot tub, or fire up the grill and have a BBQ under the gazebo. Enjoy a game of cornhole or ping-pong with your loved ones while taking in the stunning views of the lush green space. When you're done, retreat to the lower living area of the house, which boasts a full kitchen, bar area, and dining table. Sing your hearts out in the Karaoke room or lounge around in the large sectional, enjoying the company of your family. Relax and unwind in this unique home and make lasting memories with your loved ones.
Over the Ozark Mountain is right next door to State Park Marina and offers parking so bring your boat! Your stay includes $400 in attraction tickets daily, making every moment more thrilling.
