Mas du Palladau in Provence
In the shade of 3 century old plane trees, the Mas is rented from 11 to 18 people + 2 babies. The place is ideal for staying on vacation with family or friends mainly around its fully equipped pool house by the secure heated pool.
Young children are welcome!
The Mas consists of 5 bedrooms + 1 dormitory for 6 people, 3 bathrooms, 3 kitchens. Garden (heated swimming pool) pool cover fitted with a kitchen, plancha, barbecue, ice maker, outdoor dishwasher, pétanque pitch, table tennis table, table football, swing, indoor & outdoor wifi, etc.
The Mas is arranged as follows:
At the ground floor:
- 1 large entrance,
- 1 living room with a convivial dining area
- 1 open and spacious fully equipped kitchen with a bar and another dining area and working fireplace (Godin gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, stone sink, double sink, robot, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, American fridge, etc. ....)
- 1 spacious laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer.
- 1 extra kitchen with 2 sinks, 1 hob
- 1 bathroom with a toilet, 1 walk-in shower and a sink.
- 1 separate WC
- 1 veranda with 1 large table + 1 small sitting area
On the 1st floor:
- 1 large bedroom with a 160cm double bed + 1 baby cot with bars,
- 1 bedroom with a 140cm double bed + 1 single bed and a cot with bars,
- 1 small bedroom with a 90 cm single bed,
- 1 air-conditioned master suite with 1 bed 180 * 200cm, and 2 single beds of 90cm (pull-out bed) with an adjoining bathroom with Italian shower, double sink, large bath, WC.
All rooms are equipped with a fan and recent mattresses.
- 1 independent bathroom with a bathtub, a walk-in shower, a WC and a double stone washbasin.
On the second floor:
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a 140cm double bed,
- 1 air-conditioned dormitory with 3 double beds in 140 + 1-person convertible seat

The large pool house is arranged as follows:
- 1 gas barbecue,

- 1 table for 12 people, + 1 folding table for 6 people
- 1 fridge,

- 1 microwave,
- 1 dishwasher,
- 1 ice maker,
- 1 bar with sink and kitchen furniture,
- 1 sitting area,
- 1 table football.
- 1 ping-pong table
And finally the garden has a heated swimming pool secured by an electric rolling shutter of 12x5m, with a large paddling pool for young children, deckchairs (12), a ping-pong table, a swing, a large pétanque court.
You can easily park your vehicles in the closed outdoor car park in the partially fenced garden (2000 m²).
Dogs are our friends in the garden or the veranda.
Unfortunately, our son is allergic to dog & cat hair (to his great despair), they cannot be accepted in the bedrooms in order to avoid all health risks and in certain rooms of the house.
A caretaker is on the property, it has no vis-à-vis the garden and the house, it has its own entrance. Only one wall adjoins the house on the (side of a bedroom). He is a doctor by day.
The house is outside the village of Pernes les Fontaines, 4 km away, but you can go shopping on foot at the neighboring fruit and vegetable producer, which sells meat, wine, etc.
The nearest town is Carpentras at 5 km, then Cavaillon and Avignon at 20 km
The Avignon train station is the easiest to reach by TGV then join the TER directly from the Avignon TGV station, Carpentras station located 5km from Mas du Palladau. No platform changes. Very easy
Mairgnane / Marseille airport is 80 km away
The sea is 80 km away but there are many activities to discover in our region (Mont ventoux, Antiquaires de l'Isle / Sorgue, Kayaking down 10 km between the superb village of Fontaine de Vaucluse and its famous chasm and little Venice (Isle sur la Sorgue), equestrian center, superb golf, tree climbing, Cotes du Rhone wine cellars (Vacqueyras, Chateauneuf du Pape, Beaume de venise, etc.), the Palais des Papes in Avignon, the Pont du Gard, the Haribo Candy factory, the superb village of Gordes, Les Ocres in the village of Roussillon (mini grand canyon), etc.)
In July: the Avignon theater festival which lasts 3 weeks with more than 1000 plays
At 3 km, you can benefit from a lake located in Monteux to practice water skiing. On the same site, you can, depending on the season, enjoy Spirou Park and its many attractions for young and old, as well as learn to surf on the largest artificial wave in the world or in fine weather enjoy the largest water park. outside Europe.
