This long-term rental home of 31 nights or more is managed and operated by a professional leasing agency with 24-hour support. Treat yourself to the perfect vacation rental close to Old Town La Quinta, where you will find boutique shopping and casual and fine dining options. This luxury home is a stunning four-bedroom, private pool and spa, offering 3,195 square feet of luxury living. Within the living room, you will experience the perfect area for entertaining. Enjoy the mountain views and impress your friends with your talent on the putting green or take in a roaring fire while creating new memories of your vacation.
The application fee of $40.00 is not included in the total booking amount. A utility security deposit of $500 for every 15 nights of the rental period, commencing on day one, is required when signing the agreement.
Outdoor:
This home boasts nearly 3,200 square feet of comfort with a layout that is perfect for entertaining. Relax on one of the eight lounge chairs, which overlooks the sparkling pool and raised spill-over spa. Enjoy the dining table, which doubles as a poker table, and stream your favorite sports from the 50-inch Smart Television. A sink, beverage, and wine cooler, and countertop pizza oven are available! This vacation home opens to a spacious living room with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 75-inch Samsung 4K Frame television with comfort and a remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining room features a dining table with seating for six. The dining area features additional seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Kitchen-Aid french door refrigerator. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.
Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is next to entrance doors and features a King-sized Bed, a 60-inch Samsung 4K Smart television, a natural gas fireplace, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks with a makeup counter.
Suite 2 is next to master suite 1 and features a Queen-sized Bed, 40-inch Emerson Smart television, and reach-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a shower and bathtub combo with a vanity sink. Suite 3 is located next to the master suite 1 and features a Queen-sized Bed, 55-inch Samsung 4K Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and vanity sink. Casita Suite 4 is located to the right of the main home entrance doors and features a King-sized Bed, 48-inch LG Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. This separate casita has its own coffee nook with a Keurig coffee maker, mugs, beverage and wine cooler, and wine glasses. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and vanity sink.
The upper-level terrace, accessible through the stairway, offers a 180-degree view of the desert's mountains. You can enjoy the best sunrises and sunsets from this spot. The terrace boasts an outdoor wicker sofa, chairs, a natural gas fireplace, a beverage cooler, a pizza oven, and a poker table that doubles as a dining table! Additional plates and cups are available inside cabinets to ensure you won't have to come down!
