Summary:
Linnaeus Farm is set on 3.5 hectares of lush, manicured grounds, just a few minutes from the bustling, historic village of Berry, the jewel in the crown of the Shoalhaven district on the NSW south coast. Berry oozes country charm and sophistication and is also just 10 minutes drive from renowned Seven Mile Beach and its long stretches of pristine sands.
The Space:
When you drive through the stately, stone entryway and the gates shut quietly behind you, Linnaeus Farm invites you to make time, just for you. Slow the clock down a bit and immerse yourself in laid-back, 5 star luxury in this home away from home while you enjoy mother nature at her best - expansive 360 degree views of the rolling, green countryside dotted with cows, and a dramatic escarpment and Saddleback Mountain beyond.
The property is a masterclass in high-end finishes and a minimalist, warm aesthetic.
There are separate entertaining areas, open-plan kitchen, living, dining areas, all flooded with natural light. Hand-made ceramics and bathroom tiles, oversized rain shower heads and a deep free-standing bath is a feature in one of the luxury bathrooms. And come night time, you’ll sink into the luxury of hotel-standard beds.
Spend a balmy summer in the gardens or by the resort-style pool, or in the cooler months, roast marshmallows over the fire pit at sunset. Enjoy a moment of zen with meditation or yoga in the lake house. Linnaeus Farm is a year-round escape for a soul satisfying stay.

Beyond the edible garden and its stately timber arbour stands the striking, black timber-clad Jamie’s Barn. Swing open the grand barn doors to reveal a soaring interior, crafted with bespoke post and beam construction. Inside, it’s a relaxed retreat for friends and family alike — complete with a healing infrared sauna, a traditional hot rock steam sauna, an invigorating ice bath (coming June 2025), a charming dining area, games, ping pong, and more. It’s Club Linnaeus.
