From the moment you drive through the private estate gates and pull up to Barcelona there will be no mistaking your vacation has begun! The charming courtyard just beyond the wrought iron gate is the ideal place to enjoy a glass of vino while taking in the stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.
The luxury continues into the tranquil backyard with views of the golf course and distant mountains beyond. Enjoy a splash in the pristine swimming pool and listen to the tranquil spillover water feature from the oversized, raised spa. The swimming pool is surrounded by grass and mature desert landscaping, and ample spaces that provide in both sun and shade. For true relaxation, catch a few desert rays around the pool on one of the 4 lounge chairs, or keep things cool in the shade under the covered breezeway with ceiling fan and sitting area.
Keep taking in the warm desert air as you enjoy dining alfresco. The built-in outdoor kitchen features mini-fridge, natural gas grill, bar seating for three and an umbrella. Pass the plates and pour the wine around the outdoor shaded dining table with seating for 6 by the pool in the breezeway. The kitchen is open to the great room so your culinary skills will not go to waste behind closed doors. The oversized center island gives you ample space for meal prep, and the large wrap-around counter provides additional bar seating for 4-6. The kitchen comes fully equipped with slab granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel Wolf appliances which include an oven, microwave, 5 burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, and Sub-Zero refrigerator. What is a gourmet kitchen without a large walk-in pantry for additional storage.
The luxurious Primary Suite is located in a private corridor of the home with two private entrances to the yard - one to the back courtyard and one to the pool & spa with exquisite views of the golf course. The King is complete with high thread count linens and other Master Suite amenities include an HDTV, ceiling fan, seating area. The Master Suite continues to impress with the private master bath with dual sinks separated by a makeup vanity, and oversized soaking tub at the center of the room. Just behind the soaking tub lies the walk-through shower with two shower heads and a french door on each side to bring the outdoors in. The bathroom is complete with a large walk-in closet and separate water closet and private patio.
A spacious attached casita which is conveniently accessible from the main house is bursting with charm and features a King bed, HDTV, fireplace, ceiling fan, kitchenette with sink, reach-in closet, and private doors that lead to the front courtyard with stunning south facing mountain views. The en-suite bathroom has a sink and tiled shower.
Suite 3 is spacious with a King bed, HDTV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with sink and tub/shower combo. Suite 4 features a Queen bed, HDTV, oversized reach-in closet and ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has a sink and tub/shower combo. Suite 5 is a second story detached view casita with a King bed, HDTV, private en-suite bath, fireplace, and panoramic view patio.
