This property was professionally designed inside and out to create the ultimate experience for our guests. The entertaining backyard provides a brick oven pizza, outdoor kitchen, pool, spa, basketball court, tennis court, and recently added outdoor games including custom 9 hole mini golf course, bocce ball, horse shoes, and shuffleboard. The interior provides an equal amount of entertainment and luxury with a billiard and arcade room, 3 fireplaces, and a top of the line custom made bar.

Note about the interior:
-6 out of 8 of the bedrooms have their own in suite bathrooms. There are two bedrooms that do not have in suite bathrooms. There is a half bath off the kitchen, but bedrooms 7 and 8 will need to share a full bath with one of the other bedroom's in suite bathrooms. Bedroom 7 is the bedroom with two twins and Bedroom 8 is the bedroom with 2 full beds and one twin bed.
-The gym is located in room in the main bedroom suite. In order for other people the access the gym they will need to walk through the main bedroom.
When you book your reservation you will receive a dedicated guest concierge who will be happy to assist you prior to your arrival. During your stay your guest concierge will be available 24/7 to help assist with any questions or issues that may arise.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.
- You will receive a unique security code before arrival that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID and your email address after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels.
The pool and spa will be heated for your stay. The pool will be heated between 82 and 85 degrees. The spa can be heated with the push of a button upon your arrival.
THIS PROPERTY IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING:
You're within 20 minutes from the best wineries, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping venues, golf, scenery, activities, events, casinos, hiking, biking, and nightlife.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
○ By booking this property, you are agreeing to sign our rental contract & provide your email address after booking so we can send you our rental contract.
○ Upon booking you are also agreeing to providing your photo ID and completing our screening process through Safely.
○ Minimum age of primary renter: 30
○ Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside.
○ Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway at the property; no off-site parking is permitted.
○ Standard occupancy is 16 guests, and maximum occupancy is 19 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.
○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.
○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.
○ Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Written approval is required.
○ For bookings made within 48 hours of check-in, we do our best to accommodate regular check-in time of 4pm but it could be as late as 6pm.
