Main Level:
Grand Entrance: As you walk through the front door, you’ll be greeted by the grandeur of the foyer, complete with a baby grand piano, impressive, vaulted wood ceiling, soaring floor-to-ceiling windows, and a stunning staircase that sets the tone for the rest of the home.
Immediately upon entering, to the right through the glass door you will find your own mini gym with a multi-use machine and recumbent bike complete with rubber floor and a wall of mirrors. The spiral staircase will lead you to the Upper Level where the ocean facing den with cathedral wood ceiling, leather reclining sectional sofa, and huge Smart TV awaits-this connects to the secondary master's ensuite bathroom featuring jetted bathtub, vanity and separate shower and toilet room. The extra-large bedroom features 2 queen beds, Smart TV, with walk-in closet. A wet bar connects and completes this upper-level secondary primary bedroom suite.
Main Level:
Game Room facing the pool: For evenings filled with fun and laughter, the game room is equipped with a pool table, card table, a large Smart TV, and ample seating for everyone to gather and relax. A wet bar with a full-size fridge and freezer and a half bath makes it easy to host and entertain. An office with printer, and spacious laundry room complete with Maytag washer and dryer and full-size sinks complete the convenience. The main level opens out to pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor dining table, gas grill, grass yard, outside steps to the upper deck, and locked private board walk access.
Main Level Bedroom: This bedroom features 2 full/double beds and has an en-suite with shower and faces the front of the home.
Upper Level:
Primary Bedroom: For ultimate comfort, the primary suite is located on the upper level, offering ocean views, a king bed, and a private balcony accessed from hall. The adjoining bathroom pampers with a double vanity, soaking bathtub, and a walk-in shower with showerhead and handheld showerhead for the ultimate spa-like experience. The huge walk-in closet completes the ensuite.
Upper Level:
The upper-level deck is a fantastic spot to take in sweeping views of the beach, whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset paint the sky.
The spacious kitchen featuring double ovens, half bath, living room and dining room are all on the upper level. The living and dining room and the kitchen all open onto the upper deck and have million-dollar views.
