#7 is a charming cottage in first block from Newport Harbor off Wellington Ave. [Home of Ida Lewis and New York Yacht Clubs]. Has small back yard [maintained] and has 'spacious' feel with Spencer Park directly opposite [ie. Houses only one side of Clinton St] Wonderful location for waterfront walks in Kings Park. Enjoy spectacular Sunset views across harbor to Fort Adams and Newport Bridge. Bicycle rides around Ocean Drive and to beaches. Easy walking distance [2 Blocks] to Lower Thames St. w/ Restaurants, Shopping, Banks and ATM's. 1890's Cottage, was fully renovated in the 80's. Continuously maintained, completely re-painted & re-furbished in 2007, and freshened once again for 2009. Finished wood floors and carpets throughout. Lovely bright upstairs w/ skylights. Fully equiped, just bring your suitcase! Sleeps four w/ pullout couch. 45mins from Providence Green Airport. 45 mins Kingston RI Train station. Approx 1hr45min Boston Ma. Newport State Airport for small aircraft.
