Description
Located at the southern shore of Frenchman Lake in the northern Sierra Nevada Mountains, Frenchman Campground is a short drive down SR284 to the town of Chilcoot, CA. Frenchman Lake Recreation Area offers hiking, camping, boating, fishing, and more. Picnic tables and boat ramps are available. Many campsites have lake views and are easily accessible to restroom facilities.
