Description
Bear Lake / Garden City KOA has 50 amp service, and can accommodate rigs up to 80 feet. The campground is located near Bear Lake, a 20-mile-long natural lake that straddles the Utah/Idaho border, and is nicknamed the Caribbean of the Rockies because of its turquoise water and white sand beaches. If you're towing a boat, the marina is a mile north of the campground, so it's easy to fish, sail, and jet ski all day, then come back to KOA to relax in the heated pool or play ping pong in the game room. There's even a seperate wading pool and playground for the kids. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, grocery store, snack bar, mini golf, propane and firewood (for a fee), Kamping Kitchen, group pavilion, and bike rentals. On summer weekends, there is a Hungry Bear pancake breakfast too!
