Dogs are allowed at Silver Strand SB Campground, but they must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside your vehicle. For more information on pet restrictions, please call (619) 435-5184. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, in the tunnels, or on the bay side. Dogs are allowed only in the day use and camping area parking lots.

Description
Camp by the beach at Silver Strand, which features extensive sand beaches on both the Pacific Ocean and San Diego Bay. It's a popular spot for swimming, surfing, boating, water-skiing and more. There is also a 1.5 mile nature preserve on the water south of the developed area.
