The cottage is located a mere 20 feet from the shoreline of Swains Lake in E. Barrington on a secluded wooded 5 acre lot with a large shore frontage, just 2. 5 miles from Rte. 125. Lake is about 560 acres and offers good boating and fishing. The cottage is 560 sq. ft., with an additional large screened-in porch overlooking the lake front which provides a wonderful area for open air dining and relaxing where you can hear the loons at night. The rear of the house consists of two bedrooms and a 3/4 bathroom (shower only, no tub) ; the front of the house contains the living room and kitchenette area.
