The highlight for those seeking relaxation is the sauna next to the attractively designed bathroom with floor-level rain shower and washing machine. Additional comfort is provided by electric radiators, electric underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom as well as an air conditioning split system, which ensures a pleasant coolness in summer and favourable heating in winter.
