Waterfront home is located on 100 foot wide water canal with 60 feet of dockage. Home is furnished with 2 queen size beds and 1 sofa sleeper to accommodate up to 6 people. Newer dock system allows easy in/out of your boat. Fish cleaning station and freshwater hose dockside. Quick access by boat to Gulf and/or Atlantic. Private Cabana Club membership included in price offers pool/ beach/ bar/ grill/ large Jacuzzi. Club is a three minute walk to away. Fully equipped kitchen. Ceramic tiled floors throughout home. Ideal fishing/ snorkeling & diving only minutes away. 2 hours from Miami and 1 hour North of Key West. Key Colony City beach & fine dining are within walking distance.
