Camp Niantic-By-The-Atlantic is the closest private campground to the ocean beaches in Connecticut with Rocky Neck State Park across the street and two private town beaches within 10 minutes of the campground. Southeastern Connecticut is the States biggest tourist area offering something for everyone. Foxwoods, The Mohegan Sun and The MGM Grand Casinos are a short drive away. Spend the day at the beach or deep sea fishing, go back in time at The Olde Mystic Village or ride the Essex steam train. Shopping, museums, car racing and golfing are among the other things that make Camp Niantic-By-The-Atlantic a great place to spend a weekend, week, month or whole season.
