Summary:

Just steps from the South Platte River Trail and a mile from Downtown Denver, our apartments offer exclusive amenities, including rooftop deck with grilling stations, fitness center, and more. Our tech-enabled apartments offer self check-in at 4pm, 24/7 guest support by text, phone, or chat, and a Virtual Front Desk accessed via mobile device.
The Space:
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
- Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: 2 twin-size beds (sleeps 2)
- Living room: sofa queen (sleeps 2)
PARKING:
-Starting July 8, construction for a new road may affect street parking and traffic flow in our area. We expect this project to be completed by December. Please allow extra travel time and plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
- There is no onsite parking available. If you plan to bring a car, the SpotHero Parking app can help you find the best available spaces in the area.

The RiNo neighborhood is in the Five Points area of Denver, which features some of the best dining and nightlife in town. Grab a bite to eat or a drink at any of the hip local restaurants, like Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs, and catch a show at the Roxy Theatre. If you prefer to eat outside, walk two blocks to Larimer Square and choose from many outdoor options like Rioja, Tamayo or Colorado's first brewpub, the Wynkoop Brewing Company.

Getting Around:
Our Kasa is located in the heart of Denver's vibrant RiNo district and a few blocks from Union Station. The city offers various transportation options so you can get around without any trouble, including ride-sharing. We provide a parking space for a fee for one vehicle per reservation for select room categories. The Denver International Airport is located 24 miles away.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.
- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night nght for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
- There is no onsite parking available. If you plan to bring a car, the SpotHero Parking app can help you find the best available spaces in the area.
- This property does not have luggage storage.
- Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.
- Our building is certified at LEED Gold, allowing our guests to enjoy an experience with a lower environmental impact.
- Our onsite pool is a seasonal amenity available for guests during the summer months. It will close for the season on October 10 and reopen next summer for your enjoyment.
- As Denver continues to grow, construction activity near our property may result in background noise during office hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
