o Lower Level Ensuite: A luxurious king-size bed with a private ensuite bathroom.
o Lower Level Bunk Room: Four built-in twin bunks in a shared space with dedicated access to a full hall bathroom.
o Upper Level Loft: A king-size bed and two built-in twin bunks in an open loft area overlooking the living space (please note: the loft is open to the main level without walls or doors). A dedicated bathroom is just steps away.

Pet Policy: Up to two well-behaved, house-trained DOGS (no other animals are allowed) are welcome for an additional refundable fee of $200. Please inquire about pet suitability.
Minimum Age: Primary renter must be 25 years or older. No guests under 25 without a parent present.
