Built in 1902, this renovated 1,200 sq. ft. cottage (3 beds, 1 bath) is perfect for family getaways, couples’ weekends, small groups, and retriever enthusiasts. While you’ll feel worlds away, you’re only 15 minutes from Zachary and a short drive to Baton Rouge.

The den converts into a third bedroom with a queen sofa bed — perfect for extra guests or a private retreat.

Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, island seating, bakeware, air fryer, blender, crockpot, coffee maker, and full dinnerware.
🐾 A DOG’S PARADISE
Pups can explore the land, splash in the ponds, or rest by your side.
Retriever enthusiasts can train using two technical ponds, open land, and four covered outdoor kennels with Kuranda beds, drains, fans, and lighting.

• DEN – Private and relaxing with two large sofas (one with a queen pull-out) and its own entrance; sleeps 2

• BEDROOMS – Two rooms with queen beds, blackout curtains, Smart TVs, and plush linens
• BATHROOM – Spa-inspired with tub/shower combo and large vanity
• LAUNDRY ROOM – Full-size washer/dryer, ironing board, and iron

Hosting a larger group? We can accommodate up to 8 guests.
In addition to 3 queen beds, we provide a queen air mattress with linens and pillows.
A small fee applies for extra guests and covers all essentials.

• Laundry & cleaning – pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, trash bags
• Kitchen staples – coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, foil, spices
• Linens – soft towels, makeup cloths, and cozy bedding
👶 TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES?
We provide a complimentary Baby Package with pack-and-play, highchair, baby gates, books, toys, and a red wagon.
🔐 SAFETY & SECURITY
• Outdoor-only security cameras at the gate, front door, and back fields
• Motion-triggered, 24/7 recording (no cameras inside the home)
📜 HOUSE RULES
• Sleeps 6 (up to 8 with approval) – $20 per extra guest per night
• No smoking or vaping indoors ($500 violation fee)
• Children must be supervised near porches, ponds, and wildlife
• Vaccinated dogs welcome (2 max unless approved) – please keep off furniture and clean up after them

No refunds for weather, outages, or natural events.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
