The Hotel Klaustur is located mid-way between Myrdalsjokull and the largest glacier in Europe - Vatnajokull (162 miles from Reykjavik city center)The hotel's pleasant restaurant seats as many as 150 people and there are smaller rooms in the hotel and a large conference room that is well suited for meetings private parties and other gatherings. The guest can relax at the swimming pool open all summer. There is a golf course four miles away from the hotel.The hotel has 57 rooms on two floors 36 standard rooms of which 10 are single 20 superior and one suite.
