In the exclusive shopping district of Via Condotti, up the antique Cafe Greco and facing the Spanish Steps, The Inn at the Spanish Steps is a 17th century building and is one of the most exclusive Roman residences. Being in Via Condotti it has the ideal location to find all the cultural attractions of Rome at a walking distance and all the fashion boutiques just few steps away. A complete renovation transformed this hotel into a noble private guesthouse. From the panoramic Terrace at the top floor where the buffet breakfast is served, one has a spectacular view of the historical center. Every detail of the rooms and suites, individually decorated, donates taste and refinement with antiques furniture and in some rooms the ceiling decorated with original frescoes. The amenities include conference, faxing, photocopying, and parking facilities. The property offers for a minimum stay of three nights; a complimentary pick up from the airport or a half-day tour of the city complimentary. On all bookings received from the same travel agency (more than three rooms), on the same arrival date, a mini-group cancellation policy will be applied, and a full stay charge in case of late cancellation or no show. A one-night charge is applied on cancellation in case of no show or cancellations.
