Lake Front 2489 Sq Ft Willow
This beautiful lake front 2489 square foot "Willow"condo has been completely remodeled inside and out, everything is new and updated and is located in the 5 Star Palm Valley Country Club! This condo is situated just steps away from a large lake with waterfalls and a fountain with fairway views and the pool is just steps away. There is a Tennis /Gym /Spa membership included and there is a treadmill onsite at the house.
The Master bedroom has a California King bed, with linens and memory foam topper and pad on bedding, large walk in closet, two dressers, two side tables providing ample room for clothing and storage, 65 inch TV, Bose system, ceiling fan and a private gated courtyard accessed via sliding glass doors from the Master suite. The master has a large bathroom with shower attached walk in closet with another dresser inside for more storage and there is also separate private bathroom.
The Guest room has a queen bed with memory foam topper and pad on bedding, a dresser with two side tables and plenty of closet space, there is also a 50 inch TV and ceiling fan. The bathroom is attached with dual sinks and a shower.
The 3rd bedroom has been converted to a den/office with a pullout couch that is very comfortable. There is a dresser, seperate closet, 50 inch TV, office desk w/ chair and an electric fireplace and an attached bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The kitchen like the rest of the home has been completely upgraded and is a dream kitchen! There is all new stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances including a full size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, double ovens, microwave and 6 burner gas range. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices, coffee, teas, regular dishware as well as two sets of china, KitchenAid mixer, coffee maker, Insta Pot "pressure cooker" pots and pans, baking ware, everything you will need to cook a meal for two or a Thanksgiving feast!
Includes the use of 2 car garage with remote controls. There is room for one car in the garage and room for two cars in the driveway. Steps to the pool and hot tub.
The main large patio has a golf course view and sits directly on the lake and is just steps away from the home There are waterfalls and a fountain as well. There are also 2 lounge chairs with cushions, a fireplace / table with swivel seating for 6 for Al Fresco dining and an outdoor couch with cushions and a coffee table.
The outside area is very quite because the lakes in front of the homes in this area cuts off the traffic from people walking by.

At the 100,000 sq. ft. clubhouse they frequently have lots of activities going on. We enjoy the Friday night all you can eat Prime Rib and Pasta night - all you can eat to your hearts content! There is also the Small Plate night on Sundays and Tuesdays and Monday night football with hotdogs, burgers, popcorn and drinks and they have their lounge with wonderful cocktails at the bar overlooking the beautiful golf course!
