Welcome to your personal paradise! The moment you arrive at this 4 bedroom 2 bath property you will feel at home, with all the amenities and facilities you would expect from an upscale Vacation Villa in Fort Lauderdale.
Located only 1.6 miles from the lovely Lauderdale by the Sea and ideally situated to enjoy all that Fort Lauderdale has to offer, you're sure to fall in love with this tropical poolside property. With white sandy beaches and breathtaking views just minutes away.
It's open floor concept and huge sliding doors open out from the living space, master bedroom and second bedroom. Allowing you to walk right out onto the patio, offers the feeling of indoor-outdoor living.
There's plenty of space to accommodate 8 guests.
In the living room is tastefully decorated with a leather sectional sofa and an ottoman serving as seating or table. There is a 60” flat-screen TV mounted on the wall for everyone to enjoy. Adjacent to the living area, there’s a dining table with seating for 6 as well as seating for 3 at the breakfast bar in the kitchen for more relaxed eating.
The open kitchen is warm and inviting and has granite worktops with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. You will find all the utensils and equipment needed in the villa for your home-cooked meals.
Bedrooms:
To the rear of the villa is the primary bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a wall-hung Samsung TV and direct access to the pool patio with sliding glass doors. The en suite bathroom has been wonderfully remodelled with a granite vanity and a large stand-up glass shower.
The second rear bedroom features a queen bed and also has direct access to the pool where you can watch the cascading waterfall feature and beautiful evening lights. This bedroom also has a large 50" ROKU TV with nightstands, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
To the front of the house, you will find a bedroom with 2 twin beds and for a little more privacy, just behind the kitchen there is a large bedroom with a queen-sized bed, dresser and nightstand.
The bedrooms share a 2nd bathroom which has been beautifully designed with a classic tub/shower combo and granite vanity making this home ideal for combined family groups.
Near the kitchen, is the laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener included. There is also a vacuum cleaner provided.
The back patio offers a large splendid pool with a waterfall and 6 sun loungers in a very spacious tropical surrounding for relaxing days or nights. There is a cosy gazebo, for shaded preference, at the end of the pool area, there is seating with a table, and an overhead fan.
This tropical villa is surrounded by wonderful palm trees adding to that all around for privacy in a resort-like paradise to the rear. Head into your zen zone with complimentary use of a yoga mat and weights to keep toned or head out on 2-wheels to explore on the bikes provided!
