Tucked back on 20 acres in the rolling Ozark mountains with fantastic proximity to Thunder Ridge, and only 15 minutes from all the hustle and bustle that Branson has to offer. The 5,200 square feet of incredible living space is designed with family in mind. Get ready to create lasting memories that your group will cherish forever. Read a book on any of the fabulous decks, rock the little ones to sleep under the stars, let the kids play tag on the wrap-around porch, or sip your favorite beverage by the outdoor fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals, whether it's a hearty breakfast before a day of exploring the Ozark mountains or a big dinner to enjoy together around the dining table. There are three full-size refrigerators for plenty of food storage. The dining area offers plenty of seating, so everyone can gather together and share stories from their day.
Head downstairs where the fun never ends! The home theatre is perfect for family movie nights, complete with comfortable seating and a large screen to enjoy your favorite films. Have some friendly competition over a game of billiards or cards. Watch out for the little ones hiding in the nook under the stairs and having fun in their very own bunk room. Additionally, the kitchenette with a dining table and fridge make food preparation and late-night snacking a breeze.
The upper level of Cedarwood Farmstead offers sensational views of the serene and secluded green space. You can indulge in some quiet time by picking a book from the well-stocked mini library or retire to the cozy bedrooms for a peaceful night's rest.
Head outside to find endless opportunities for family fun! Make a splash in the heated private outdoor pool or relax and unwind in the private hot tub. This heated pool offers a concrete deck, a fenced-in area for safety, 4 deck jets, ultimate privacy, and a great view of the Ozark mountains. Take dinner outside to enjoy the fresh air while stories are shared. Everyone will love exploring the nature trails, zip lines, and swings, or simply relaxing on the deck and taking in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Go on a mini adventure to find the fairy house! At night, gather around the private firepit and roast marshmallows while sharing stories and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Cedarwood Farmstead is the ultimate family escape, where you can bond, relax, and have fun together.
When you are ready to unwind and recharge for the next day of vacation adventures, retreat to one of the six designer bedrooms, each designed with your ultimate comfort in mind. With six bathrooms on the property, two of which feature luxurious soaker tubs, you'll have plenty of space to relax and freshen up before heading out for another day of fun. Guests receive $400 worth of tickets each day, adding nonstop excitement to their stay.
*The private outdoor pool is open from March 1st to October 31st, unless temperatures are below freezing.
Dogs are welcome to stay in our vacation home with prior approval and for an additional fee. Please ask about our pet policy for all applicable terms and conditions.
Fantastic proximity to Thunder Ridge—you might even be able to hear the excitement from your home! Please keep in mind that at the time of events, there may be traffic delays.
*We are in a very rural area, while this home does offer free internet for guest use, at times speeds may not support streaming services. You are welcome to bring an additional hot spot!

Dogs may be accepted; prior approval is required and restrictions apply. An additional pet cleaning fee and daily pet fee will be collected after a confirmed booking. An additional refundable pet deposit may also apply. A signed pet agreement is required.

After our housekeeping team has cleaned the home, our professional inspectors walk through the home to ensure every home is clean and ready for your arrival.
