Dancing Dolphin is an pet-friendly Outer Banks escape that your family will love! An open top-level layout (with great views) keeps everyone connected while allowing plenty of room to spread out. The thoughtfully designed kitchen features granite countertops and an island bar, connecting the dining area and living space with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. A loft game table offers an additional area for cards, poker, or puzzles.
Multi-level decks wrap around the home, providing plenty of space to relax outdoors, and the rooftop overlook offers a stunning ocean view. The four master bedrooms all have an attached bathroom and are spacious and comfortable. A ground-level rec room with a pool table adds another fun hangout spot after a day at the beach.
With the private community beach access just 200 feet away, beach days are effortless. After a morning on the sand, return to your own private oasis featuring a sparkling pool, a hot tub for unwinding, and plenty of seating to relax in the salty breeze. An outdoor shower and changing area keep the sand outside where it belongs, and the fish cleaning station makes preparing the day's fresh catch a breeze. Whether grilling up dinner or lounging with a book, the outdoor spaces are designed for making the most of your time by the coast.

Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
