Blackberry Lodge is a hidden gem only 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. You'll experience a relaxing mountain vacation in this three-level 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath deluxe private home that features a sunken hot tub, an open living area with an additional family and billiard room, ping pong, foosball, a large solo stove fire-pit, and an EV charger! Blackberry Lodge is a private and peaceful sanctuary, surrounded by large oak trees, rhododendrons, and mountain laurels with songbirds everywhere. Blackberry Lodge is also professionally managed by Yonder, a local team with years of experience and passion for providing the ultimate guest experience.
What you can expect:
This contemporary mountain home has 3 floors, is over 5,000 square feet and walls adorned with artwork from Asheville, the Caribbean and South America. You'll have an expansive deck layout with a relaxing hot tub plus a game room for family and friends to entertain, have fun and enjoy. The main floor features an open concept layout that enhances the sense of space and encourages a seamless flow between the living, dining and kitchen areas, providing an ideal environment for entertaining your family and friends. The centerpiece of the living room is a grand fireplace, radiating warmth and adding a touch of rustic charm. It invites guests to gather around for cozy, relaxing evenings. Large trapezoidal windows on the main and top floor allow for warm natural sunlight to fill the great room. On the top floor, you'll have your choice of popular board games and a large selection of books for both kids and adults in the loft areas as well as two of the bedrooms, both with king size beds!
Whip up tasty dishes in the modern and fully stocked kitchen, detailed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy ample counter space for all of your cooking needs. When your delicious creations are ready, dine together at the wooden table with seating for up to ten or outside on the deck overlooking the lush wooded forest.
The lower level boasts a spacious and comfortable family room with a flat screen TV perfect for movies or sports plus a full size billiard table. Two bedrooms are also on the lower level. Enjoy easy access to the huge lower deck and hot tub from this level.
The five en suite bedrooms are spread over the three floors giving all guests privacy and space. All bedrooms come with a private bathroom, linens and soft towels plus a smart TV to watch your favorite programming.

Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it!

No Security Deposit / Guests are responsible for damages.
Early check-in and/or Late check-out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may be applicable, determined by the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: This home and property are very dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
