Easily park your vehicles or boats in the driveways and make your way inside to enjoy this well-appointed 1,700 square-foot home and an additional 2,300 square-foot apartment! Plus, there's the "shop" as big as half a b-ball court. Contains ping pong, pickleball, and cornhole. And there's air hockey in the garage of the main house!
'The Spot at Lake Texoma,' is a massive, well - appointed 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom vacation rental house in Kingston. Up to 30 lucky travelers will have the opportunity to walk to Lake Texoma just steps away. This property is two short blocks from the shores that lead to the islands on Lake Texoma. Enjoy endless outdoor activities such as fishing, swimming, wake boarding, or boating with loved ones. Relax on multiple patios, by the outdoor fire pit, at the bar in the Man Cave/She Shed or in one of several living areas. Note: Fireplace not operational. This property is located about an hour and a half from the Frisco/McKinney area.

There are two kitchens and an additional kitchenette. Each has their own refrigerator. You will have plenty of space to prepare dinners. The kitchens offer all of the essentials for preparing meals during your stay. Each kitchen offers a microwave and more space to put together meals and store snacks.
Eight well sized bedrooms are sure to deliver a comfortable night's sleep no matter how long the stay.

You couldn't ask for a more peaceful location near Lake Texoma. 'The Spot at Lake Texoma' is exactly that, just a few blocks from the house down to the water. The water is a slow sloping grade. Get ready to enjoy your stay. If you bring a pontoon boat, it can be beached close. The community boat launch is just to the east. Bring your golf cart and drive down to the water or over to the boat ramp in this golf cart friendly community. Our property was made for enjoying your lake stay. It offers durable concrete floors in the shop and a simple design to bring friends and family together for a great weekend on Lake Texoma. Come enjoy getting out of the city and swim, fish, and boat with family and friends.
The nearest store is a Dollar General, about a five minute drive. The nearest Walmart is located in Madill. There are a variety of small town USA restaurants near. Don't feel like making breakfast? Enjoy the small town USA feeling of the Enos Mall about 5 minutes away. (It's not a 'mall'; it's a convenience store, gas station, beer stop and a grill).
