The Great Escape River House
Amazing Vacation Home is like a Private Resort. The perfect place for Spiritual or Business Retreat, Golfer’s Groups (18 Individual Beds), Friends or Family Get away. Floor plan PDF sent with every inquiry.
For this unique house, its hard for a listing site’s Rate Software to give an accurate quote for every inquiry. That said it does work well for the following Scenarios...
💎 Posted Rates are based:
- 4 or more nights Booked, if the stay includes a Friday, or Saturday Night
- No check-in’s or outs on a Saturday
- June & July ideally the check-in or out date will be on a Sunday
💎The above does not describe your stay?
- Get your Individual quote!
- The listing is set For a 2 night minimum And available for 2 night bookings, just not at the posted rates.
💎 The Great Escape River House is perfect for large groups!
💎 In the city limits of Gulfport
💎 Less than 8 Miles from the Gulf of Mexico
💎 And as incredible as this home is and all it has to offer, its the affordable option over renting multiple houses, condos or Hotel rooms.
💎 IF BOOKING, its Agreed:
PEOPLE COUNT
Indicated on the VRBO Inquiry or booking Form, both Adult and Children, represents the entire group, both overnight guests (adult and children) and visiting guests.
Sometimes folks think count only refers to those that sleep the night. ThIs amazing home, the amenities provided, The investment in this home, to make it a small private resort, is barely tied up in bedding. Other vacation homes, will restrict visitors by their size, parking, condo security, etc. At this house, we require full disclosure of all guests to this house and to be fairly compensated, per guest, over the count the rate is based on.
PET
Pet fee is paid, Per Pet, and the Pet Policy is adhered to. Dogs under 20 lbs. are approved, any other Pet will need to be approved and not all are, please get your Pet approval in Advance.
THE GREAT ESCAPE RIVER HOUSE
There are less than .005% of all Vacation Homes that sleep over 26 people. That is only based on sleeping people count. Add to it all the amenities this house has to offer and .... You've basically found the "Unicorn" of Vacation Rentals. Here's just some of what this amazing House has to offer:
AFFORDABLE:
Think about It . . . When a couple plans a getaway, in a one bedroom condo, they may pay $100 per person, per night, to stay... For a tiny place, where they hear the neighbors, share a pool. ... A local casino, possibly $150 a person, per night.
The above is mentioned to point out the house is in everyone's budget, if you've got the people count. If your people count is less, it may not be the most economical option. Please check out my 2nd vacation home, River Lookout, VRBO #406326, which has many of the same Amenities and if booked w this house, combined sleep 43 people. They are within easy walking distance.

VISITORS:
Rates are based TOTAL guest count (visitors & overnighters) Please provide details for an accurate quote.
KID FRIENDLY?
Yes! Ideally, a good proportionate # of kids to adults, especially when teenagers are in the kid count. For little ones, we have some safety gates; no kid supplies such as high chairs, cribs, or changing tables. The pool has a locking gate; parents still need to be diligent, the River is behind the house.
PETS?
The pet fee is generally proportionate to other pet fees. A 700 sq ft condo may charge a $95 Pet Fee, as you should imagine, a 4500 sq ft house's pet fee will be more. Pets are approved on a case by case basis, your fee may be more than what is posted, & the Refundable Damage Deposit increased.
