Copacabana, often referred to as the "world's most famous beach", runs for 3 miles in front of the residential area of Rio de Janeiro. From the beach, you can view the granite slabs that surround the entrance to the bay. A short walk will take you to one of the best shopping centers in Rio, as well as to many theatres, fashion and jewelry shops, and restaurants, cafes, juice bars and nightclubs. Also the necessities like grocery stores, pharmacies and banks/ATM's.
My neighborhood is considered one of the safest and most vibrant ones in Rio. And also one of the most convenient -- just 2 blocks from the beach near the world-famous Copacabana Palace Hotel, and 1 block from the modern Metro which will whisk you quickly and safely to the many interesting parts of the city.
The Coral Penthouse is just 2 short blocks to spectacular Copacabana Beach. And 1 block from the subway. A modern, efficient and safe way to get around the city.

•The penthouse sits on the 11th and 12th floor of the building which has a doorman to greet you 24/7.
