The small cozy 2 room apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the harbor in the oldest seaside resort of Rügen with a beautiful view of the Greifswalder Bodden. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants and cafes, some also open all year round.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary things you need for a pleasant stay. Concerning. I would like to point out to the washing machine and dryer that they are not separate devices, but a washer-dryer. Bed linen and towels are also provided, depending on the number of guests indicated (2 towels per person). Although the apartment is perfect for 2 people, the living room can be upgraded with the sofa bed for two more sleeping arrangements. For every additional person (including toddlers / babies), a fee of 12 euros will be charged for two or more persons.
The apartment is located in one of the three-storey old former customs houses right on Lauterbacher harbor. The nearest supermarket is the about 400m distant Edeka with bakery. In the immediate vicinity are small Eßbuden for the small and big hungry. In contrast to many other regions on Rügen here are also restaurants that are open all year round.
Rügen is both a bathing paradise and a nature destination for nature lovers. Putbus / Lauterbach is very centrally located and therefore a good starting point to discover the southeast of Rügen. In Stralsund you are within 30 minutes by car, the seaside resorts Binz, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren are easy to reach by bike, more comfortable with e-bike through nature. Lauterbach is also a good starting point for biking or hiking in the countryside. As I myself often travel by bike or by foot on complaints, I will provide you shortly before arrival from me already made tours available.
From my own experience, I know how beautiful holidays on Rügen together with a dog. That's why your dog (max 1) is welcome. To avoid unpleasant surprises for you and your four-legged friend (there is no lift, for example), please contact us before booking if you want to travel with your dog.
Please also be sure to bring the blanket or basket of your favorite, so he knows where in the apartment is his cookie. Due to many negative experiences meanwhile more and more landlords of holiday real estate exclude the stay of dogs n in their objects meanwhile during the maintenance due to negative experiences. Please take all necessary precautions to ensure that your four-legged friend is comfortable on the bed or in the seating areas, even in the case of a short absence on your part. Please pay attention to the following points:
- Dogs on the whole property necessarily lead on a leash
- Please park the car only in the assigned parking space
- all electrical appliances (washer-dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, TV kettle, hot plates, ...)
- When leaving the apartment, make sure that especially the slanted windows are closed during your descent to avoid stumbling and water jets when the weather changes
- In the interest of all coming guests please broken dishes, broken appliances, light bulbs or damage to furniture, etc. as soon as possible communicate in order to possibly repair the damage before the next guests or to replace the broken parts
- If you have any questions about the handling of electrical equipment or other questions, please contact mr directly or read the description in the manual for the apartment
The following is not allowed:
- no overnight stay of persons who have not been previously registered
- no parties in the apartment
- no above average loud music
