In the castle of Oleron, classified 4 stars house of 120 m2, ground floor sunny and well exposed, 3 separate bedrooms sleeps 6 possibility 7, comfortable with large garden (700 m²) fully enclosed and landscaped, quiet in the background. a dead end near downtown, shops, beach
(The beach is 1.5 km (20 minutes walk), the super market 800 m, the city center 1.2 km and the port 1.5 km bike paths are next)
this house consists of:

Prices :
- 04 July to 29 August: 1092 € / week
- May 30th to July 4th and August 29th to October 3rd: 700 € / week
- 03 October to April except school holidays: 490 € / week
- April / May and school holidays end of year, February and Easter: 595 € / week
- no rental for the weekend
off-season heating (July and August) is not included, there will be a meter reading and billing of consumption
Stewardship:
We thank you for keeping the house clean.
A lump sum of € 100 is added to the rent amount to cover the cleaning fee if the tenant wishes to take the option.
A check for 100 € will be requested on the date of entry into the rented premises. The 100 € check will be returned if the cleaning has been done well, however it will not be returned or returned in part if the cleaning has not been done correctly.
Bedding to provide:
Double bed 140 x 190: 3 beds
per bed: 2 pillowcases, sheets or duvet cover 200 by 220, 1 bottom sheet.
duvet covers 150 by 220, 1 sheets underneath.
Bed 90 by 190: 1 pillowcase, 1
Linen: sheets, tea towels and other household linen are brought by the tenant. The bedding should be used normally, especially the bedding is with sheets and pillowcases. Possibility to rent sheets 20 Euros per pair (fitted sheet, pillowcases and duvet cover)
Deposit: 1000 €
No rental on weekends!
Summer: decreasing rates from 3 consecutive weeks.
Other periods from 2 consecutive weeks.

Château d'Oléron is a town with a lot of charm, located at the entrance to the island of Oleron.
You can discover its Ostréicole port where you can taste the tasty "Marennes-Oléron and stroll in the craft huts, or visit La Citadelle (classified site built by Vauban)
Busy daily market in the city center with shops all around and twice a week a night market in the city center and the port.
Rent bicycles, supermarket and bus beaches nearby.
The Château d'Oléron located at the entrance to the island (south), has access facilitated by the proximity of the bridge and a privileged location to discover the island of Oleron but also the coastline of the continent : Marennes, Fouras, Royan, La Palmyre, La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré, but also Rochefort, Cognac, Bordeaux ...
