BEDS MADE ON ARRIVAL except for stays of 2 nights (2 bunk beds 1 person + 2 beds 2 people) with bedding of very high quality and beautiful bed linen. Mattresses and pillows The protections are changed for each stay and the shower curtain. For us hygiene is one of our priorities.
LINENS OF TOILET AND HOUSE provided (except stay of 2 nights). Per week rented: 2 sheets of bath + 1 towel + 2 gloves per person + 2 bath mats) + HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS SUPPLIED GRACIOUSLY.
BABY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED on request (2 beds BB, changing mat, bath, high chair, crockery BB, potty).
SMALL LIBRARY (books, comics, coloring small encyclopedia, etc ...) for children and adults + SOCIETE VERY MANY GAMES for all ages.
WOOD HEATING with a MAGNIFICENT new GODIN wood stove + ELECTRIC CONVECTORS (very well insulated house: very insulating openings + electric shutters (2011) and very recent roof (2013) insulated + main facade insulating seals.
ANIMALS (1 or 2 more depending on size): we simply ask holidaymakers to notify us imperatively their presence. We even provided them a berth with a large wicker basket and a blanket ahead. For them too, the bed is made on arrival! However, we are counting on their masters so they are not left alone in the house because they also want to visit the Auvergne!
PLOT ORIENTED FULL SOUTH SOUTHWEST allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. It is CLOSING FOR SOUTHERN PART IS and before the cottage for small children. For grilling you can choose between a CLASSIC BARBECUE CHARCOAL (we provide) and a beautiful BARBECUE WITH GAS PLANCHA.
BAC SAND & toys suitable for small children + OUTDOOR GAMES.
Pétanque balls for adults and children.
3 BICYCLES for young children + 1 TRACTOR + 3 mountain bikes for adults.
Moreover, as in many farms in this region in the courtyard, there is a 'BAC' (spring water which was once used to farmers for their water supply) in which flows the water that comes mountains and WE PROCURE RELAXATION AND RELAXATION BY ITS SWEET WHISPER. Wood charged 25 € half-stere and electricity above 8 kw / d (56 kWh per week) billed at ENGIE rate in force at the time of rental.
The house is heated by us before the arrival of guests.
