Summary:
This arrangement is perfect for groups of many different sizes or families. Three separate apartments allow for proximity and privacy at the same time. It's close to OU Health Sciences Center, Downtown, Chesapeake Arena, the State Capital, I-235, I-40, I-35 & I-44.

The Space:
Howes Capitol- 3 in 1 - is a combined two 2-story apartments in a historic duplex and a garage apartment. All areas of the three apartments are designed with fresh styling, comfort & posh living to accommodate your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Lincoln Terrace was designated as a Historic Preservation District in 1974. Most homes in the area were built in the 20's & 30's after the erection of the state capitol. The neighborhood has undergone a renaissance in recent years in part as a result of the expansion of the Oklahoma Medical Center complex, anchored by the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, on its south side.

From the property, it's only a 5 minute drive to bustling Broadway Ave for Oklahoma Contemporary Art Center, great restaurants & bars such as Hatch Early Mood Food, Broadway 10, Coffee Slingers, Nic's burgers...
Love art? You have to come by Factory Obscura ( 5 mins away) where local artists create cooperative temporary, immersive installations with avant-garde themes. After that, you can wander down NW 9th St to enjoy Nashbird fried chicken, S&B's Burgers, drinks and dessert from Katiebug's Sips & Sweets, Iguana Mexican food and some local shops.
Howes Capitol I is only 6-8 mins away from entertainment district Bricktown, Chesapeake Arena, upscale hipster Midtown district & fun hippy Plaza district.
Riversport OKC is just 7 mins away for fun and sporty activities. Don't forget to stop by Myriad Garden & Scissortail Park for a romantic walk or take your kids to the playground (9 mins away).

Other Things to Note:
The kitchens are equipped with refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, toasters, and dishwashers. There are pots and pans, plates and glasses, basic cooking utensils, coffee, creamers, and sugar.
Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay. If you wish to launder them during your stay, there is a washer and dryer in each apartment with laundry detergent provided.
Guests will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) once they have used the complimentary essentials provided at the beginning of their stay.
PET POLICY: A maximum of 3 pets (dogs or cats) are allowed. Pets must be house-trained, have up-to-date shots, and be properly groomed to minimize shedding. Pets should be crated while unattended in the property and kept off of furniture at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up the yard after your own pet. There is a $50/pet/stay fee.
