PETS
Owner approval. Up to 2 tame, house broken dogs breeds. Short stays: $30/pet per night (covers ionizer treatment to remove allergens and extra cleaning). No pet door at property. (Ask Host about fee for longer stays + additional damage deposit based on number of pets, breed, age and weight.)
EVENTS OR LARGE GATHERINGS
Only allowed if truthfully disclosed prior to booking and the event fee is paid before arrival to help cover extra house supplies, wear and tear and damage insurance. Fee is based on the size and type of event. Tell us details so we can let you know what the fee is.
ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE
Over the count of 10 guests, the fee is $25 per guest per night to help cover extra insurance, guest supplies +wear and tear. This is automatically calculated when travelers input the number of guests spending the night here.

CLEANINGS
For longer stays, guest agrees to have house professionally cleaned at least every 3 weeks (bi-weekly with some animal breeds). Approximate cost per cleaning: $180 added to rent after booking.
