Le Gîte de Saint Phal
The property
The Gîte de Saint-Phal is a property of over 5,500 m2 integrating 6 buildings, 3 of which are dwellings with gardens, an orchard and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by a solarium.
It consists of a Bed and Breakfast and two Gîtes. Each accommodation has a parking space as well as a semi-private garden between 200 and 700m2 equipped with deckchairs, a table, a fully-equipped and ready-to-use barbecue and candle lanterns.
The property is not subject to any external vis-à-vis by being completely fenced by a wall and therefore allowing children to explore the garden and enjoy the sun.
The Common Gardens:
The Pool Area - 600 m2 - it measures 12 meters in length with a counter-current swimming pool and its removable roof, and a wooden Solarium of almost 200 m2 surrounded by lawn (picnic table, deckchairs, parasols, armchairs, hammock ...) of the PoolHouse (courtesy fridge, bar for your drinks) to relax swimming and sunbathing.
The Children's Space - 200 m2 - offers a slide swing set, a sandbox and a trampoline
CampFire space in the orchard - 1000 m2 - (brazier with stone table and wooden logs) for a drink in the evening before a fire between the trees and under the stars.
Note: 4 species of apples, pears, 2 species of cherries, 2 species of plums, walnuts, hazelnuts, blackberries, figs, etc. are scattered throughout the property, available to customers for consumption on site during their seasons. respectively.
The Common Parts provide:
du Point Games for children (ping-pong, trampoline, mini-football, archery, darts, mini-basketball, badminton, mini-water polo, mini golf practice, sandpit, bowling and skill games, rope to jump…)
the Lingerie Service for everyday linen during the stay, with extra beds and baby equipment (low beds, high beds (newborns), bath, changing table)
parking spaces within the property for cars and motorcycles
Le Fournil - 5 people
Ideally located in the heart of the property, it allows easy access to all facilities. It takes its name from its old use, which the bathroom bears witness to.
It is made up of :

a double bedroom upstairs, a former paint shop
a living room with a dining table and a sofa
a kitchen with a dishwasher
a bathroom with a bathtub with shower

a 3.50m offset parasol

The 1 Bedroom Suite - 2 people + 1 optional extra
Integrated in the main house of the property, it is the ideal refuge for a couple getaway for a weekend.
It is made up of:
a separate entrance separate from the rest of the house
a large living room of 30 m2 with a double glass door leading to its garden with a sofa, 2 armchairs, a relaxation armchair
a bedroom with a double bed
a bathroom with a shower

The 3 Bedroom Suite called “1740” - 6 people
This is the centerpiece of our accommodation. Occupying most of the main building of the property. If the property foundations date from the 1300s, the oldest plan in our possession dates from 1740, the eponymous suite pays homage to him.
It is made up of:

A Master bedroom of 48m2 incorporating a bathroom with bathtub AND shower.
A second bedroom of 31m2

a Dining Room with a table for 6 people

The Longère
Composed of three rooms in a row with a bathroom framed by a bedroom and a living room which each have their own entrance.
It is made up of:
A double room
A bathroom with a shower
A living room with a sofa (extra bed), a table and an integrated kitchen
The terrace / garden is equipped with:
a dining table
two lounge chairs and their coffee table
an equipped barbecue
two candle lanterns
Restoration
Breakfasts are delivered on request at 9:00 in the morning - at an additional cost.
We do not offer a table d'hôtes, BUT a catering service is offered to groups when organizing events - contact us.
