Welcome to your dream beach getaway! Family and Dog Friendly! Nestled just steps away from the beach and rolling waves! Beautiful Pierpont Beach in Ventura California is a sleepy beach town just south of Santa Barbara. This custom beach home promises an unforgettable vacation experience. Embrace the coastal charm and indulge in the ultimate relaxation with breathtaking views of the ocean, majestic sunsets, and serene mountain vistas right from your doorstep.
Step inside this inviting beach retreat and be greeted by a comfortable haven adorned with beachy décor and a thoughtfully designed floor plan. The main floor boasts a spacious Living room adorned with 20-foot ceilings, a cozy rock fireplace, and a massive sectional couch perfect for lounging after a day of seaside adventures and enjoying your favorite movie on the big screen or lose yourself relaxing on the large balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and mountain views, perfect for outdoor dining or morning coffee.
Entertainment options with two Family Rooms - one conveniently located on the main level between the Living room and kitchen, complete with a bar with seating for 4, large screen TV, and balcony that overlooks back patio. Second Family room is on the first floor with TV, game table and comfy sofa. Double doors that open to the back patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
Food enthusiasts will delight in the well-appointed Chefs kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up culinary delights, including an oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, and a Nespresso, plus plenty dishes, utensils, and cookware. Gather around the dining room table, which seats six (with an option for eight) and the bar has seating for four.
The primary bedroom on the third level is perfect for relaxation, boasting stunning mountain and sunset views, a private balcony, and a comfortable king-size bed. The bath features an extra-large soaker tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity.
The first-floor features two large bedrooms, one with two queen-size beds and the other with a king-size bed, ensuring ample space for the whole family. Take advantage of the indoor laundry room stocked with beach towels, and rinse off the sand in the convenient outdoor shower with warm water.
Each room in this house has its own Smart TV with Spectrum and any other streaming options (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon.) Home as Wi-Fi as well.
Step outside and immerse yourself in the backyard paradise, complete with teak decking, a beautiful fire pit, an 8-person jacuzzi, and a BBQ perfect for entertaining and hanging-out.
Beach equipment includes 2 paddle boards, a surfboard, 5 boogie boards, 8 beach chairs, fishing poles, 4 beach cruisers, umbrellas, and tents, ensuring endless fun in the sun.
This house has plenty of parking, with a garage and parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

> 3 extra-large bedrooms: Primary on third level has king bed. Two bedrooms downstair (one with 2 queens and second room has a King bed).
> 3 bathrooms: Primary has private bathroom with soaker tub and shower, first level has full bath with tub-shower and main level has ½ bath.

>> Sleeper sofas: One queen and one twin.
>> Two comfortable twin portable beds that can be set-up upon request.
>> One pak-n-play.
> 3 decks: 2 decks on main level and 1 off master bedroom

Please be prepared to provide details of all guests and dogs. 2 dogs maximum, please. Guest will be charged if extra cleaning is required). A vacation agreement and copy of ID is required prior to receiving access details for home. Vacation agreement will be emailed via DocuSign. ID must match the booking name. Additional fee of $25 per person for over 8 guests, including children. Absolutely no parties - quiet respectful guest only. We respect our year-round neighbors. Guests should be prepared to keep noise level to a respectful level so that neighbors are not disturbed. We appreciate your cooperation.
Home and linens are professionally cleaned after every stay per CDC guidelines.
**Pet Policy
Dogs must be pre-approved before booking (max 2). Non-refundable pet fee added through VRBO. No grass on the property—park is just a lane over. Dogs must be housebroken, travel-ready, and not allowed on beds or furniture. Please bring bedding/crate. Guests are responsible for any damage, carpet cleaning if needed, and must pick up after pets (extra cleaning fees apply).
Cleaning Fee and pet fee are non-fundable.
SECURITY: For security purposes, we have security cameras on the perimeter of the property. Exterior only and NO cameras inside of the home.

Please note we collect a 10% Occupancy Tax that is paid directly to the City of Ventura for all stays less than 30 days.

Enjoy Ventura Pier or Ventura Harbor Village where you can enjoy Channel Island boat excursions, whale watching cruises, deep sea fishing and kayak/boat rentals. In the summer months, hop on the free Ventura Trolley to Downtown for more shops, restaurants, movie theaters and historical sights. Ventura also offers local hiking, bike trails, golfing, wine tasting, small breweries, plus day spas and much more.
Santa Barbara is only a 30-minute drive. Here you can enjoy many restaurants, bike rentals, the Zoo, the Santa Barbara Mission, concerts, wine tasting and art shows.
