Super Luxury Designer Loft - Montorgueil
Originally a 19th Century Industrial Printing House built by Gustav Eiffel, the Loft has been transformed into an exclusive, contemporary loft space, offering a warm atmosphere and modern facilities for professional or residential use - or a mix of both activities. Designed to be modular according to differing requirements, the property offers diverse spaces that can be adapted according to needs, including two lounge areas, a kitchen with a mobile island that can be moved if required, floating passageways and up to 4 double bedrooms that can be made up on request.
.Unlike any hotel – affording full privacy and tranquility in your own residential space – the Loft offers a stylish and personalised way to experience the real Paris. located in Quartier Montorgueil, a surprisingly calm haven right in centre of Paris and only a short walk from the Louvre, the Marais and many other popular sites.The Loft comprises 330m2 of open, modular space on 3 levels. Equipped with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth modular sleeping area also with a queen bed, it sleeps up to 8 people. There are 2 shower rooms, a master en suite bathroom with rain-shower and sunken bath and a powder room. Hairdryers and bathrobes are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped – the laundry room includes a washer/dryer as well as iron and ironing board. Babies are not forgotten as we provide a high chair and a cribb too.
Designed to be modular according to differing requirements, the property offers diverse spaces that can be adapted according to needs, including two lounge areas, a kitchen with a mobile island that can be moved if required, floating passageways and up to 4 double bedrooms that can be made up on request. The Loft's bedding is high quality, regularly renewed and includes feather mattress toppers, feather down pillows and percale cotton sheets and pillow cases. Lighter summer bedding is available and an option for those with feather allergies - please let us know your requirements ahead of your arrival.
The Loft is fully equipped with state of the art WIFI and internet link-ups, home automation and 3 multi-media audiovisual systems - the main lounge is equipped with a giant home cinema screen (3.2 meters/18 feet wide). An office provides a printer, scanner and fax - this room can be isolated with sliding doors, or remain an open extension to the mezzanine area.
The Loft offers a terrace overlooking the private courtyard and has access to a charming and well preserved 19th Century paved passageway providing a smoking area (if required) and second access for deliveries.
The Loft has a relaxation room on the lower level, including a sauna, a hydro-jet massage shower and multi-gym.
The Loft is situated in the Quartier Montorgueil - a lively pedestrianized quarter that is still authentically Parisian, yet little known by tourists.
Included in the rental rates are:
- All amenities (electricity, gas, water, internet, cable tv)
- Fresh orchids and floral decorations
- Fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso machine, Coffee-maker, kettle, fresh fruit basket and general supplies)
- Bathroom supplies (towels, soaps, toiletries etc)
- Housekeeping services (weekly service - additional services can be arranged)
- General supplies: cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, napkins and toilet paper
- Full guest amenities: for overnight guests dressing-gowns, hairdryer, bath towels and toiletries are supplied.
Multi-media support:
- Giant projection screen (18 feet/3.2 meters) linked to projector with HDMI personal access and Bose multi-media/home cinema system with DVD/CD player and Premium Cable channels
- 2 flat screen audiovisual stations (Mezzanine and Relaxation room)
- i-dock for personalized music via Loft surround sound speaker system
- WIFI with high-speed internet connection adapted to service multiple, simultaneous computer connections

- Free telephone calls (land-line for local and certain international calls)
Concierge Services:
- Access to Loft factory's Concierge who is available from reservation to arrange car service and additional support as required (business support, private chef, well-being services, excursions etc.)
The monthly rates are all inclusive (all amenities, charges, ongoing supply of floral decorations and kitchen and bathroom supplies - see below for details). Weekly cleaning is also included (there are cleaning services available so we can offer more cleaning if desired). As the property has a mixed status (offering both residential and commercial usage) I can also offer à la carte rates for events.
As mentioned, I think that the Loft offers a rare possibility for someone interested in a residential let with full flexibility for receptions, meetings, presentations (we have a 3m2 cinema screen and projector unit with Hdmi connection installed), small showrooms etc. (Final rates to be established based on the level and type of commercial usage planned in the event of a requirement for greater scale commercial usage).
