Hedera Estate - Villa Hedera
This pretty oasis in the midst of Croatia's popular city of Dubrovnik is hard to beat and would suit customers wishing to be within easy access of the Old town and beaches which are all reachable on foot or by bus. The villa is approached via a pathway up a short flight of stairs into a garden which features a small pond, a good sized heated pool and a covered veranda offering outdoor eating facilities with a BBQ area for 10 guests. The villa also offers private parking for 2 cars.

The pool temperature is set to 25C/77F and cannot be changed by guests. The pool heater will not function when air temperature is at or below 15C/59F.
Note:
The villa consists of a four-bedroom apartment for up to 8 guests with four bathrooms, and a separate studio for 2 guests with its own bathroom. The units can, depending on availability, also be rented individually upon request.
Booking this listing automatically reserves the entire villa for private use.
*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
